Zune Live - The home of Zune

Adding further credence that Zune is the final name of the yet-to-be-released media player from Microsoft is the domain registration activity that's been going on.

zunelive.com (currently dead) is looking like the home for the new Zune, and name-wise fits in very well with the Microsoft Live branding. But one domain name doesn't make a product.. But dig a little deeper and you'll find that many other zunelive domains have been registered by the same person: Jack Spurr, but tellingly, the DNS settings all point back to MSFT.NET, which is Microsoft.

This doesn't mean that Zune is the final name, of course, but may simply be an elaborate scheme to put people off the scent. Time will tell...
